Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for a photography workshop or private lesson. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair while protecting the time and resources required to prepare each session.

Workshop Registrations:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.

• Participants may transfer their registration to another available workshop or another person with prior approval.

Private Photography Lessons:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at the instructor's discretion.

Weather and Instructor Cancellations:

• Outdoor workshops may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions.

• If a workshop or lesson is canceled by the instructor, participants will have the option to:

  • Transfer to a future session, or

  • Receive a full refund.

No-Shows:

Participants who do not attend a scheduled workshop or lesson without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Multi-Workshop Packages:

• Workshop package purchases are non-refundable after the first workshop has been attended.

• Unused workshop credits may be transferred to another available workshop within 12 months of purchase, subject to availability.

• Package registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
