    • Each photo shoot includes:

      • Turnaround time for photo delivery is usually 24 hours.

      • Interior and exterior photos based on package chosen

      • High Resolution photos

      • Pricing includes travel within Gonzales County. Please inquire about properties further out.

     

    • Agents/Builders/Owners input is important so accompanying the photographer during the photoshoot is encouraged. If agent/builder is not available to join the photo shoot, but schedules Photographer to photograph the property in their absence, then Agent/Builder/Owner acknowledges that Photographer will photograph the property in a manner the Photographer feels best showcases the property and that Agent/Builder/Owner agrees to accept Photographers decision on how property was photographed.

     

    • Copyright for all photographs remains with the photographer. Homeowners, Builders, Agents, Owners, do not own copyright to property images.

     

    • Images are specifically intended for the sale of the property, showcasing the property, and architect/builders portfolio. Photographer grants to Client the use of photographs as needed to sell or showcase the property. That Grant of Right to Usage does not extend to third parties. Third parties (ie: Interior Designers,  Roofers, Landscape Services, Builders, etc.) must contact Photographer for permission to use photographs.
